These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Medrita, a product operated by Antrika Technologies LLP ("Antrika", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Medrita is a multi-tenant clinic management SaaS platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms and your subscription plan.

2. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share accounts between multiple individuals. Each user requires their own account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another tenant's data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
  • Use the platform to store or process data in violation of applicable law.

4. Data and privacy

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Medrita (clinic data, patient records, etc.). By using the platform you grant us the rights necessary to process that data to deliver the service. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal data.

5. Subscription and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, if agreed) in advance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

6. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antrika's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms. On termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
