Medrita started from the opposite direction: pick the parts of clinic operations where AI can clearly remove work, and build them right.

How we think about AI in healthcare.
Patient data is not training data
We never use patient data to train any model. AI runs against your clinic's own data, scoped strictly to your tenant. PII masking is optional per clinic.
Every AI action is audited
Every suggestion shown, every suggestion accepted or rejected, every change made — all logged with the acting user. AI doesn't get a special pass on the audit trail.
Multi-tenant from day one
Strict tenant isolation built into the data layer — not as an afterthought. One clinic's AI can never see another's data. Period.
Feature flags per clinic
Not every clinic wants voice-to-notes. Not every clinic prescribes. Each AI feature can be turned on or off per clinic — keeping the interface clean for every team.
