Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Medrita, operated by Antrika Technologies LLP. Medrita is sold on an annual subscription basis only — there is no monthly plan.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the admin portal or by contacting us at hello@medrita.com. Cancellation stops the subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the current annual term. You will retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid term.
Refunds
Refund window: annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund only if requested within 15 days from the date of payment. After 15 days, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term.
To request a refund within the 15-day window, email hello@medrita.com with your registered clinic name and the payment date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
This 15-day refund window applies to both first-time purchases and annual renewals.
What is not refundable
- Any portion of the annual term after the 15-day refund window has passed.
- One-time onboarding or implementation fees once delivered.
- GST and other taxes collected (refunded only to the extent permitted by law).
Exceptions
If a significant technical error on our part causes a material disruption to your access — outside the 15-day window — we will assess refund or service-credit requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to report such an issue.
Free plan
The Free plan is free of charge and has no refund implications. You may stop using it or delete your account at any time.
