Yes — Free is genuinely free, forever. One branch, one doctor, up to 50 bookings a month, and up to 200 patient records. No credit card, no time limit. You can upgrade when you're ready.
Annual billing keeps the price low — at ₹9,999/year, Starter works out to roughly ₹833/month. We don't run a separate, more expensive monthly tier. The Free plan covers anyone who wants to try before committing.
No. All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, and a GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment.
No. Free, Starter, and Growth have no setup or onboarding fees. Custom plans may include a paid onboarding package at your option, scoped to your specific needs.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated against the remaining annual term). Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
A branch is a physical clinic location. Each branch has its own operating hours, availability rules, doctor schedules, and appointment list. Doctors and patients are shared across all branches in your clinic.
